What happens if Peach or Joey don't pick by 6? Will they not be able to play in the veto as a penalty?

What happens if Peach or Joey don't pick by 6? Will they not be able to play in the veto as a penalty? no I will randomly draw a ball for them, also Veto Comp will be up by 6 CST too |
