Max takes himself to DR- Week 1

Brandon and I used to be in a Big Brother game together where he got seriously backstabbed by me. We decided to work together in this game, this time no bullshit. Will this work out? I have no idea. A part of me honestly believes that he's looking forward to evening the score with me down the road. I really want to be loyal to him in this game but I have no idea how that is going to work.

The only person so far that knows about Brandon and I knowing each other is Kandie who was actually the admin of that game. I have no intention of working with her. I was absolutely ruthless in that game, there is no way she will ever trust me.

From the "getting to know you questions" that Coz put up I found out that Kandie is 32 and from Oklahoma as is JMonty. Coz and Shadow have pointed this out to me and suspect a pair.

Meanwhile Brandon decided he wants to win the first HOH (Sounds like a terrible idea to me). He told Coz, JMonty, myself, and I don't know who else that he will put Kandie and JMonty on the block. The sooner both of these girls go home the better so I'm doing my best to let Brandon win HOH, I feel like I can trust him this week for sure as he wouldn't definitely have the votes to get me out even if he wanted to and he wouldn't risk me coming back at him.

So far I'm getting cool with Coz, Shadow, and KC. This doesn't mean anything really because I believe everyone is talking to everyone and I haven't had too much time to socialize with these guys. There are definitely a lot of players this season. I look forward to defeating every last one of them.

Alright so Brandon won HOH and he's going to put up Jmonty and Kandie for previously discussed reasons. Doubt has formulated in my mind over whether Kandie really is my previous admin and if this girl is not I would love to evict Jmonty who is the most active player in the game right now.

I could knock the woman out of here before she has a chance to do some serious damage, but that all really depends on what I can get out of Kandie. It's going to be difficult to get the info I want out of her without revealing the reasons that I am questioning her. I'll try though.

Unless Brandon pulls a fast one on me one of those two will be going home.

Alright so KC knows that Jmonty has been overplaying her hand from some "source" which is 75% likely to be Mitch who is all about secret alliances. In fact Mitch and I have a secret alliance now where "we share everything with each other."

Anyway this isn't about Mitch. I'm not completely sure he is the source. This is about KC basically admitting he has a hidden alliance with someone. One has to wonder how letting me know he has someone working with him and not sharing that name with me could possibly work to his advantage. Dumb dumb move.

I pretty much can't trust KC in this game and will eliminate him at my earliest convenience.

I think it's time to make some judgments and start playing the game:

Coz- Can work with him for the time. We both do film making and have several things in common. Could become a seriously good ally in this game.

Brandon- My hidden alliance. I have my doubts but I don't think he'd cross me anytime soon.

KC- Shifty. Needs to go. I'm not even going to talk game to him. Any more game talk and he could see me as a serious player and a threat. It's not going to be easy for us to work together so I'm not even going to try.

Shadow- potential ally. I think we click. He's pretty active so I need to decide whether I want him in or out pretty quick.

Joey- Not an ally. Not a threat. Most inactive player in the game I believe.

MikeyB- talked to him. Could be cool but don't know yet. We'll have to see.

Jmonty- probably paired up with Kandie, whole house thinks she tried to start a gold room alliance. Going to be gone unless she wins the veto.

Donna- got nothing on her. We'll see how it goes.

Kandie- So freaking difficult. If she's not my former admin then she might be someone I really like in this game. I'm starting to feel more and more like she isn't so maybe there's a future to us working together. Once she goes on the block, I'll offer her a deal for safety.

Mitch- Goofy kid. Maybe I'm just paranoid but I think he's playing best buddy with everyone. I strongly suspect that he's the one who threw Jmonty under the bus. Meaning that this dork is currently running this game. I don't trust him at all, but I do need to figure out how long I can afford for him to slide through.

Peach- my room mate. She's pretty inactive but in a gamely sort of way. I definitely noticed in her Bio where she claimed her favorite BB9 player is Sharon. She's not going to go after me and she may vote with me and strategize with me, but she won't be winning any challenges (reminds me of a certain someone...). Peach is cool in my book, but we'll have to see.

Kandie, Mitch, and I are in a three person alliance. They are both super excited about it lol. I'll be loyal to them for a very long time, quite possibly the whole game.

So I guess I am starting to trust Mitch and once you get to know him he's not that big of a dork anymore, he's actually kind of cool.

I got the below message from Coz, I appreciate that these kids want to "play an honest game" but I'm getting the feeling that KC, Coz, and mystery man (MikeyB?) are "honestly" going to be a problem for me.








Sorry that it took so long to get back to you. I work on the computer, so even though I'm online, I'm not always available.

I have a feeling that I know who this person is that KC is talking to.

Someone is talking to me too giving me info about things, but telling me to keep it a secret. So I understand why KC would not want to give up any names and I also think that it's a good thing that he's not giving away that person's identity. Makes me think that KC can be trusted as far as not ratting you out. Know what I mean?

I think all these rumors are pretty meaningless at this point in the game. I'm not going to hold it against anyone in the Golden room if they wanted to come after us. I don't really care, but I do want them to fess up about it if they did. Jmonty admitted to me that she was trying to smite Brandon and that was smart of her because the Silver room people were targeting the Oklahoma girls.

I'm going to test this person who is giving me info and if it turns out he can't be trusted I'll get back to you about it. If he/she can be trusted then I'll ask if I can talk to you about it and tell you who it is.

If someone tells me something and says to keep it a secret, then I will until they screw me over. So I hope you understand that there are some things I won't tell you and if there's anything that you want to tell me, I can assure you that I won't repeat it to anyone if you make it clear to me to keep it secret.

I want to trust you and I hope that we can trust each other more and more as the game progresses. Like I said to this other guy, words don't mean shit, you have to show people that you can trust them. I'm not going to tell you that I can be trusted, I'm going to show you.

A lot of waffling about potential replacements and backdooring right now.

Brandon and I considered making an alliance with Mitch, Kandie, and JMonty.

JMonty is messing up her own game by being hard to convince plus I just got a PM from Coz who basically gave her away. KC and Coz's secret agent isn't MikeyB, it's probably JMonty. Well...unless Coz is playing games with me. Totally possible.

However I'm trying damn hard to save this girl but she just wants to sink. So you know what? I'll help everyone drown her now.

Alright just got Brandon into my alliance with Mitch and Kandie.

Brandon is happy. Kandie is greatful...Mitch doesn't know yet but he'll be cool.

We are going to get rid of JMonty which would split her up from Coz and KC. Then hopefully we can get those fools to nominate floaters for a few easy weeks before our alliance breaks them up.

I'm getting mixed signals all over the place. Mitch really wants Coz in our alliance and I honestly feel as though Mitch might have been "the secret alliance member"

To be honest I don't care, I do suspect Mitch is working with KC too so I'll have to make sure KC leaves soon.

Anyway if working with Coz can work, I honestly wouldn't mind it as Coz would be one of the players I'm worried about that could go after me.

I will need to create more support in the house because this arrangement would benefit Mitch and Coz the most as it currently is. Allowing them to backstab our alliance when convenient.

Right now the people I trust the most are Brandon and Kandie, everyone else could go after me and I wouldn't even be surprised.

I'll talk to Brandon about bringing in Coz, see what he thinks.

Is Mitch playing Coz & KC or is Mitch playing the alliance? I have no idea, that kid is shifty.

Turned out to be true. I really don't think he's a dork anymore but he's definitely running it.

However people in this house talk and people are onto him. He's not getting away with all his deals clean and easy, and he might be one of those "peak too early" players.

Currently he's not a threat. He won't win comps because that'll force him to put the money where his mouth is, and I don't think he wants to do it just yet. I'll keep playing along with him.

Well, what is there to say today. This isn't the Max show this week, one would be better off reading the diary rooms of Mitch, Kandie, Brandon, Shadow, or probably for a real load of fun...

Shadow won the veto and by Kandie & Brandon's combined effort, he used the veto on Kandie.

Dumb move on their parts I think because now Mikey B is on the block and he has an enemy to go after. But hey, it's not me. As soon as Mikey B became the replacement nominee I PMed him and let him know that I have his back. As far as I know I'm cool with everybody in this house.

Kandie wants to invite Shadow to the alliance which is a really good idea actually. I was worried about him teaming up with Coz and KC.

Kandie invited Shadow to the alliance without really consulting anyone or even admitting it to Brandon when he directly asked.

Kandie really doesn't trust Brandon and that is compounded by the observation that the diary room has been in use and no one but me has been invited to it.

I denied being up there obviously and Brandon began spreading the idea that he uses it as a diary room.

Frankly I think Brandon made the wrong move with not sharing the diary room with others. I also think Kandie is making the wrong move by alienating Brandon. She also made the wrong move by telling Mitch that I don't trust him.

So basically Kandie, as nice as she is, doesn't seem to understand the line between confidentiality between players and openness within the alliance. She's selectively screwing up on both.

Whatever. I already know I need to split her and Mitch up, it's just a question of when.

I could make a sub-alliance with Brandon and Shadow. Shadow is pretty cool and level-headed.
